I and my family would like to express our profound and genuine gratitude to the service that you have given to us in the last few weeks since my mum passed away.
I would especially like to express our sincere thanks to Jason and the other members of your staff, especially Angus and Steve who brought Mum back to Witney. The compassion and kindness that we received from Jason whilst organising my mums funeral is to be commended. He is a credit to Peter Smith and son.
We chose your company as you and looked after my brother and dad so wonderfully and so it was natural that we asked you to care for my mum as well. This was carried out with dignity and respect, and we are so grateful to you all.
