I just want to provide some feedback and appreciation for the sensitivity with which you dealt with the passing of my wife, Fahima Rob.

There is no doubt that you guys are professional and experts at what you do. I saw professionalism with every interaction I had with all your staff. I want to especially mention Alex who showed not only professionalism but humanity in what was a very tense and difficult part of my life.

I came to this country as a refugee with my family when I was 2 years old fleeing war and conflict. I have always felt like an outsider and foreigner in this country (not in a bad way, it's just a fact). This interaction with your team has made me truly feel a part of this society and that means a lot.

I wanted to thank you for a truly outstanding service in organising my Dad’s funeral. It was so very personal and every aspect captured something of Dad’s character. You did a fantastic job, it’s not hard to see why you are Andrea’s favourite funeral directors!

I simply just had to say an enormous thank you to you and your staff over the past week or so as we have worked together with a family.

Your attention to detail and utmost care and attention throughout has been superb.
