Can I firstly take this opportunity to thank you ever so much for your help with my Wife's funeral. From the first day I met you at our home you were absolutely brilliant and your professionalism during the whole process was impeccable.
I felt that during the whole process from start to finish that I was being guided by a good friend and I appreciate everything that you did, from the walking in the pouring rain to the diversion/stop that you arranged passing Lesley's workplace on the day in the cars.
