Hi Jason, Just a note to say thank you so much for organising Dad’s funeral so well. It was a wonderful day and Mum was so happy with everything. You made a difficult time very easy for us which we greatly appreciate. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I would like to thank you and your team for the exceptional care you took with both my parent's funerals and interment services. My mother's funeral was during Lockdown and despite all the extra rules and regulations you made sure that everything ran smoothly and was as "good" as was allowed.

You helped take a lot of pressure off us as a family with all the work you did and the kind way you went about it. I felt that you treated myself, family and parents with the greatest respect

I would like to thank you all for taking good care of our lovely nan, Enid Gorrod and our gramp a couple of years ago, John Gorrod. I came to visit both of my grandparents with my sister and they both looked peaceful, as much as it’s a sad occasion we have comfort in knowing how well cared for they both were in your hands before laying them to rest.

Thank you very much all that we’re involved with them both.

Thank you for the care, Respect and Dignity you gave our Mum and Dad / Nanny and Grandad.

We can’t express enough our gratitude, knowing they were both in safe hands for final journeys and resting.

Firstly many, many thanks for making such a sad day a very beautiful one. When I was faced with choosing a funeral directors I had no idea and having moved from London I didn’t have any local knowledge. I chose you firstly because I liked that you were family and an independent company. I knew from the first meeting I’d made the right choice and all connected with the day, including Zoe who is kind and warm and compassionate, made it exactly what we wanted. I can’t praise you enough.

I and my family would like to express our profound and genuine gratitude to the service that you have given to us in the last few weeks since my mum passed away.

I would especially like to express our sincere thanks to Jason and the other members of your staff, especially Angus and Steve who brought Mum back to Witney. The compassion and kindness  that we received from Jason whilst organising my mums funeral is to be commended. He is a credit to Peter Smith and son.

We chose your company as you and looked after my brother and dad so wonderfully and so it was natural that we asked you to care for my mum as well. This was carried out with dignity and respect, and we are so grateful to you all.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for making the whole process of dealing with mum’s death as stress free as possible. Your attention to detail was much appreciated and was evident on Wednesday from arriving at mum’s house to the final departure from the church. Once again many thanks.
