On behalf of Tony, Treez, Mick and myself we would like to say a huge thank you for making Mum’s day so special.

We realize there are many things going on in the background that people don’t see that you planned and arranged to ensure that everything went like clockwork on the day. There were no panics or last minute worries thanks to your experience and professionalism.

We know that you had a special place in your heart for Mum and Dad and they too will have appreciated what you did for Mum on Wednesday. Many thanks again from us but also from everyone who was able to attend who took away lovely memories of Mum.

Thank you Sean and family for your service to give us full help and support through this difficult time. Me and my sister Jo are so grateful for all your help and support.  After the first contact with you, taking care of dad and the family. Your advice and professionalism to make a sad day to reflect in giving dad the send off he would have loved.

I just want to say a huge thank you from me and Martin to your and your team for yesterday. Everything was just as mum would have wanted. 

On a personal note, thank you for your support throughout the process, you have been a great help and I almost feel like you are a friend. 

I know that this is your job but you made me feel like we have known each other for a long time.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you've done for dad and myself, you've made such a difference and the whole process as memorable, personal and touching as it can be. I'm so thankful for everything you've done and your thoughtful touches and ideas, all at a time when I would have no idea what to do.

Just a very short email to say a very big thank you for all your help and invaluable assistance during what was understandably a very sad time for my dad and I.  You all showed compassion, professionalism, and empathy, offering great advice and assistance to both of us on a road we hadn’t navigated along previously.

Peter/Sean ~ we absolutely loved the wool coffin and know mum would have chosen just the same given the chance.  Your advice during the whole process was second to none and done with such empathy.  Thank you so much.

Thank you Sean and the team for the sensitive way you helped our family through the sudden death of Brian. The help and guidance we received was all we could of asked. You linked us up to a Celebrant that was just spot on for our celebration of Brian’s life and us as a family. Thank you to all. Rosalind.

Thank you for the lovely service, we all felt Chris was treated with dignity and grace, a the bit of humour also helped. You came highly recommended and I would pass on that recommendation without hesitation.

I know the family will as well but I wanted to personally thank you all for everything you did for Roger and his family. Your care and support was just amazing.

The way you were with Celia knowing she had a hearing problem- you still treated her with respect.

Personal thank you Angus for helping me dress Roger and allowing me to do so. It is a memory I will keep with me forever. You made the chapel visits so personal and the fact that Steve came twice speaks volumes!!!

Sean - you have been nothing but amazing from start to finish. You demonstrated a true funeral director and your presence just put the family at ease. Thank for what you had done, you really went above and beyond!

Jessica - every-time I came in you always had the time to talk and ask how we are all doing and just general chit chat when I was waiting on my own for the family to come out.

Peter - nothing was too much you were so caring to the families needs. You have shown me what a true family run funeral directors are about. Thank you for allowing me be apart of that.

Bearers on the day - your instructions to the family on how to carry was fantastic! I knew Lewis would struggle but you were all there to support. I don’t think you all realise what that meant to Roger’s sons and grandson.

I could go on for hours on how amazing you are and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you to other families.
